L'utilizzo dell'applicazione codUchat (di seguito "l'App") implica l'accettazione dei presenti Termini e Condizioni. Se non accetti tali termini, sei invitato a non utilizzare il servizio.
1. Requisiti di Utilizzo
Per utilizzare codUchat, l'utente deve avere almeno 14 anni (o l'età minima richiesta nel proprio paese per l'utilizzo di servizi social). Registrandoti, dichiari di fornire informazioni veritiere (indirizzo email) e di essere responsabile della sicurezza della tua password.
2. Contenuti Generati dagli Utenti (UGC)
codUChat è una piattaforma di messaggistica. L'utente è l'unico responsabile dei messaggi inviati. È severamente vietato utilizzare l'App per:
- Inviare contenuti illegali, osceni, diffamatori o minacciosi.
- Praticare bullismo, molestie o incitamento all'odio.
- Diffondere spam, virus o software dannoso.
- Violare il copyright o i diritti di proprietà intellettuale di terzi.
3. Moderazione e Segnalazioni (Regolamento Apple)
Per garantire una community sicura, codUChat mette a disposizione strumenti di segnalazione (Report) e blocco.
- Tolleranza Zero: Non è tollerato alcun contenuto abusivo o molesto.
- Rimozione Contenuti: L'amministratore si riserva il diritto di rimuovere messaggi o sospendere account che violano i presenti termini entro 24 ore dalla segnalazione.
4. Limitazione di Responsabilità
codUChat fornisce il servizio "così com'è". Sebbene utilizziamo Google Firebase per garantire la sicurezza e la stabilità, non possiamo garantire che il servizio sia ininterrotto o privo di errori. Non siamo responsabili per eventuali danni derivanti dall'uso dell'App o dalla condotta degli utenti.
5. Sospensione e Chiusura Account per violazioni
Ci riserviamo il diritto di sospendere o chiudere il tuo account in qualsiasi momento e senza preavviso in caso di violazione dei presenti Termini. L'utente può eliminare il proprio account in ogni momento tramite le impostazioni dell'App.
6. Sospensione, Modifica e Cessazione del Servizio
L'App è attualmente fornita in via gratuita. Ci riserviamo il diritto, a nostra esclusiva discrezione e in qualsiasi momento, di:
- Sospendere o chiudere il tuo account o l'accesso all'intero servizio, con o senza preavviso e senza l'obbligo di fornire motivazioni.
- Interrompere definitivamente la fornitura dell'App (ad esempio per cambio di strategia commerciale, costi di gestione o cessazione attività).
- Modificare o rimuovere qualsiasi funzionalità del servizio.
L'utente riconosce e accetta che, essendo il servizio gratuito, codUchat non sarà responsabile nei suoi confronti o verso terzi per la chiusura del servizio o la perdita di accesso ai contenuti (messaggi, file, contatti). Nessun indennizzo o risarcimento sarà dovuto in caso di cessazione delle attività.
7. Modifiche ai Termini
Ci riserviamo il diritto di modificare questi termini. L'uso continuato dell'App dopo le modifiche costituirà l'accettazione dei nuovi Termini.

The use of the codUChat application (hereinafter "the App") implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you are invited not to use the service.
1. Requirements for Use
To use codUChat, the user must be at least 14 years old (or the minimum age required in their country for the use of social services). By registering, you declare that you provide truthful information (email address) and are responsible for the security of your password.
2. User-Generated Content (UGC)
codUChat is a messaging platform. The user is solely responsible for the messages sent. It is strictly forbidden to use the App to:
- Send illegal, obscene, defamatory, or threatening content.
- Engage in bullying, harassment, or incitement to hatred.
- Spread spam, viruses, or malicious software.
- Violate the copyright or intellectual property rights of third parties.
3. Moderation and Reporting (Apple Regulation)
To ensure a safe community, codUChat provides Reporting and Blocking tools.
- Zero Tolerance: No abusive or harassing content is tolerated.
- Content Removal: The administrator reserves the right to remove messages or suspend accounts that violate these terms within 24 hours of the report.
4. Limitation of Liability
codUChat provides the service "as is". While we use Google Firebase to ensure security and stability, we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the App or the conduct of users.
5. Suspension and Termination of Account for Violations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and without notice in the event of a violation of these Terms. The user can delete their account at any time through the App settings.
6. Suspension, Modification, and Termination of Service
The App is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and at any time, to:
- Suspend or close your account or access to the entire service, with or without notice and without the obligation to provide reasons.
- Permanently discontinue the provision of the App (e.g., due to changes in business strategy, management costs, or cessation of business).
- Modify or remove any functionality of the service.
The user acknowledges and accepts that, as the service is free, codUChat will not be liable to the user or any third party for the termination of the service or the loss of access to content (messages, files, contacts). No compensation or indemnity will be due in the event of cessation of activities.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the App after changes will constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
